Martial arts for Griffin.

About twenty minutes down the highway. Far enough that you would only make the trip for a reason.

Getting here from Griffin

Griffin and Mango Hill run onto the Bruce easily, and the drive south to Sandgate is straightforward outside peak. Most people come down the M1 and across.

“Having had no previous martial arts experience, BJJ is now our family sport and we all love it.”

Why people come to us from Griffin

Griffin is newer and growing fast, which means plenty of young families and not much established junior grappling yet. The families who come to us from that way are usually after coaching that has been doing this a while, rather than the closest available option.

Which classes suit

Saturday is the sensible starting point from Griffin, with junior classes from 9:00am and the Family Class at 10:45am. Weeknight adult classes at 6:30pm are the other realistic option.

What we run

Eight programmes, six days a week, from two years old to over seventy.

Where to find us

145 Rainbow Street, Sandgate QLD 4017

Two minutes from Sandgate station. Plenty of free street parking. There is no onsite car park, deliberately, because of how many kids are moving in and out of the building.
