Martial arts for North Lakes.

Around twenty-five minutes south. There are closer gyms and we would rather say so than waste your time.

Straight down the Bruce Highway and off at Sandgate. Simple drive, just not a short one.

Why people come to us from North Lakes

North Lakes is well served, so if convenience is what matters most you will do better nearby. People who come to us from up that way are usually looking for something specific: a family academy rather than a fight gym, coaches who are on the mats every day, and a room where a fifty year old beginner and a competitor train side by side. If you have looked closer and not found that, the drive is the price.

Which classes suit

Realistically one or two sessions a week. Saturday mornings suit families, and the Thursday Open Mat at 6:30pm is a good way to get a feel for the room without committing to a course.

What we run

Eight programmes, six days a week, from two years old to over seventy.

Where to find us

145 Rainbow Street, Sandgate QLD 4017

Two minutes from Sandgate station. Plenty of free street parking. There is no onsite car park, deliberately, because of how many kids are moving in and out of the building.
