Why people come to us from Nudgee
A lot of Nudgee members are adults who wanted something that was not a gym. Some had done a bit of grappling years ago, most had never done any. The point is that nobody here cares which of those you are.
Which classes suit
The 6:00am classes work if you are heading south for work afterwards. Evenings from 5:30pm are the busiest and the best if you want a full room to train with.

Eight programmes, six days a week, from two years old to over seventy.

Two minutes from Sandgate station. Plenty of free street parking. There is no onsite car park, deliberately, because of how many kids are moving in and out of the building.
